Great post. FB recently disabled my account - I am not really sure why. It is true what you say though, nobody notices. I started painting more, writing more and working on projects that I should be working on! Downside is I have a business page on FB, luckily I have an admin, otherwise I would have no access at all. Not even sure I want the account back ;) The fact that social media has the control of us that it does is also not good. FB want you to stay on FB for as long as possible. You could spend hours there a day! - Now the Metaverse....
